Who we are

Angel Dusting & Sweeping is a cleaning and organization business owned by Cheryline Elliott, at 1122 Sheridan Avenue North, Minneapolis, MN 55411. When this page says “we” or “us”, it means Angel Dusting & Sweeping.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into this website, and what our booking system needs to run.

• When you request a cleaning: your name, email address, phone number, the address to clean, any access instructions (for example a key, lockbox, door code or parking), notes you add (such as pets), the service, date and time you choose, how often you want cleaning, any promo code, and which reminders you want.
• When you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the subject and your message.
• Technical information: your IP address, used to stop abuse of the booking and contact forms and kept with contact-form messages, and the technical records described under “Keeping the site working” below.
• Website statistics: how visitors use this website, through Google Analytics, as described under “Website statistics (Google Analytics)” below.

How we use it

• To review your request, contact you to meet one-on-one, confirm your cleaning, and do the work at the right address.
• To send you emails about your cleaning: a copy of your request, the confirmation, any change or cancellation, and the reminders you chose. Reminders are sent by email only; we do not send text messages.
• To answer your messages and questions.
• To keep a record of the cleanings we have done for you, such as the date, the service and the price.

Your access instructions are only for the person who cleans your home. Your booking has its own private link, sent in your confirmation email, so you can see or cancel it without an account.

Payments

There are no online payments on this website today. We do not collect card or bank details online; you pay by check when the cleaning is done, or as arranged in person with Cheryline. If we add online payment later, this page will say how it works before it starts.

Keeping the site working

Our booking system runs on Microsoft Azure. It records technical information about requests to it (for example the time, the page or address requested, how long it took, any errors, and the IP address it came from) with Microsoft Azure Application Insights, so we can find and fix problems. Our staff app, the private site Cheryline and her staff use to run the schedule, reports its errors to Application Insights too. We do not use any of this for advertising.

Website statistics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to count visits to this website: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are (city or region), what kind of device and browser they use, and when someone taps our phone number or email link or sends a booking request or a message. To do this, Google Analytics sets cookies and uses similar identifiers in your browser.

We use these statistics only to understand how the website is used and to make it better. We do not use them for advertising, this website does not show ads, and we do not sell this information. What you type into the booking and contact forms is not sent to Google Analytics.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser extension; the website works the same either way.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. A few service providers handle it for us, only to run this website and booking system: Microsoft Azure (hosting the website, the booking system and its database, and Application Insights), Mailgun (to send your confirmations and reminders by email), Auth0 (sign-in for our own staff only, not for clients), and Google Analytics (the website statistics described above). We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your bookings and messages as business records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep our accounts. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we will delete what we do not have to keep by law.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Change your reminders, or turn them off, by calling or emailing us.
• Cancel a booking with the link in your confirmation email, up to 24 hours before your cleaning.

Children

This website is for adults booking cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
